	Rod Osterloh Since 1978, Rod's practice has included developing and selling land, commercial and residential properties. Having assisted hundreds of clients in achieving their objectives, Rod's experiences also include business ownership and management of real estate businesses. He's active in the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Brainerd Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Regional Business Council and is also a member of Brainerd Rotary. Over his career, he's developed numerous properies in North Central Minnesota and works extensively with municipalities, counties and townships.
	Jody Osterloh Jody is focused on land sales and business development for the LandRadar/Close~Converse group. A real estate professional since 1980, Jody has been with Close~Converse since 2004. Her background includes business ownership, management and education. Her varied real estate, business and involvement with community organizations positions her well to help buyers find just the right solution to their needs.
	Nate Grotske After three years in the residential side of the real estate business, Nate joined Close~Converse in 2007. Nate's specialty is assisting buyers to find the perfect property for their needs. The Brainerd Lakes Area has been Nate's home and he's intimately familiar with the area and the many benefits it provides. Nate's a graduate of Pillsbury College with a degree in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing.
	Kevin Close Kevin has played a major role in the Brainerd Lakes Area for decades and was a founder of Close~Converse in 1998. Kevin's a native of Brainerd and is heavily involved in the community, currently serving on the Boards of Directors of the Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation, the Brainerd Lakes Area Development Corporation and the Minnesota Real Estate Foundation. A real estate professional since 1973, Kevin's been owner/developer of many real estate projects throughout Northern Minnesota. He is experienced in all phases of real estate brokerage, investment and development properties.
	Chris Close Chris brings a high level of analytical skill to real estate transactions at Close~Converse. As a graduate of the Carlson School of Management with majors in finance, entrepreneurial management and marketing, Chris has also achieved the prestigious CCIM designation. Close~Converse clients benefit from a level of expertise unmatched in the region. As a real estate professional since 2002, Chris' background in financial analysis, valuation and marketing has enabled many client's to achieve significant results with their real estate.
	Rod Converse Rod provides valuable, creative insight into the Brainerd Lakes Area and specializes in land acquisitions and development. With a passion for land and development, he's developed numerous properties in Nrothern Minnesota and helped hundreds of people enjoy land opportunities. Rod has served on the Boards of Directors for the Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation and the Central Minnesota Community Foundation. He is a founder of Close~Converse and has been a real estate professional since 1973. His varied experience includes all phases of investment and development real estate. Current projects for Rod include Mayo Creek, Pequot Lakes, and The Homestead near Merrifield MN.
